Vietnam Queen pineapple tidbit (Ananas comosus L. merr., variety Queen pineapple),are produced of fresh, mature and sound fruits of the latest domestic crop. Fruits shall be properly peeled and uniformly cut into circular slices cut across the axis of the peeled, cored pineapple cylinders. pieces will be packed in light syrup. Preservation will be done by heat treatment.

Flavour: Normal fresh and fruity flavour and odour, no off-flavour, characteristic
Texture: Firm to the bite, but not hard or fibred or woody
