Product Description

Canned tropical fruit cocktail are produced of fresh, mature and sound fruits of the latest domestic crop from Queen pineapples, red and yellow papaya, nata decoco whom growed in Vietnam, products do not contain GMO. Fruits shall be properly peeled and uniformly cut into circular tidbit cut across the axis of the peeled, cored pineapple cylinders. pieces will be packed in light syrup. Preservation will be done by heat treatment.

Ingredients

Fruits ((Pineapple 40%, Red Papaya and Yellow Papaya 50%, nata decoco 10% ) : 60%

water (24.8%), sugar (15%), citric acidity (0.2%)

Organoleptic Properties

Appearance: bright yellow coloured of pineapples white streaks may appear,, red papaya, yellow papaya, white of guava, no brown parts, uniform in size and shape, visible trim areas are allowed, in practically clear filling media

Flavour:            Normal fresh and fruity flavour and odour, no off-flavour, characteristic

Texture:             Firm to the bite, but not hard or fibred or woody 

No foreign material like foreign plant material, stones, wood, insects, inorganic material etc.
